  • Monthly service subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with immediate effect
  • The service will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund
  • Annual subscriptions cancelled after 14 days may be eligible for a partial refund, prorated based on the remaining unused period, less a service fee

2. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure that all our products and services meet the highest standards of quality. However, we also understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary.

2.1 Product Refunds

  • Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if found to be defective or not as described
  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received

We are committed to processing your requests in a timely manner:

  • Cancellation Acknowledgment: Within 24 hours of request
  • Refund Processing: 7-14 business days after approval
  • Credit Card Refunds: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
  • Bank Transfer Refunds: 5-10 business days depending on your bank

5. Exceptions and Special Cases

  • Services where work has already been substantially completed
